"Inspired by the Benny Benjamin “Motown” drum fill… I think I picked up on it through Phil Collins in the 80’s and have used the fill on everything I’ve played on ever since. It’s the fill that kicks the song off - “dune da shucka dune.”

When I had my bud Joey Tosto play a guitar solo, he was exhausted after many takes and said he’d do it another night, but I knew somewhere around “take 3” he played an awesome solo…. So I told him no need to do another night, he insisted until I played him the take. He was very pleased with it & am too!" (Brandon Delmont | Feb 2022)
